Terms of Service

getscaled is an AI-powered creative intelligence platform that helps ecommerce brands, agencies, and marketers evaluate the conversion potential of ads and landing pages before spending on paid traffic. Services include creative scoring, competitor intelligence, landing page analysis, and analytics dashboards.

You agree to use getscaled only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Uploading content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems.
• Using the platform to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Sharing account credentials or reselling access without an authorized Agency plan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Plans: We offer monthly subscription plans (Free, Solo, Growth, Agency). Plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Upgrades & Downgrades: Upgrading takes effect immediately; downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers on paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact support@getscaled.dev within 7 days of your initial payment for a full refund.

No refunds are provided after the 7-day window, including for unused scoring credits, partial months, or plan downgrades.

getscaled uses artificial intelligence to analyze creatives and generate recommendations. All scores, insights, and suggestions are informational and advisory only. They do not guarantee ad performance, conversion rates, or business outcomes.

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on getscaled’s analysis. We recommend combining our insights with your own judgment, A/B testing, and professional marketing expertise.

• Your Content: You retain full ownership of any creatives, text, or assets you upload to getscaled.
• Our Platform: getscaled’s software, AI models, interfaces, and branding are our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your active subscription.
• Outputs: Reports and insights generated for your account are yours to use internally. You may not systematically scrape, redistribute, or commercialize getscaled-generated content at scale without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, getscaled and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to getscaled in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
