2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • AI-Powered Creative Scoring: Analyzing your uploaded creatives to generate conversion-readiness scores, feedback, and recommendations.
  • Service Delivery: Providing access to the dashboard, competitor intelligence, analytics, and other features tied to your subscription plan.
  • Product Improvement: Aggregated and anonymized insights help us train and refine our AI models.
  • Communication: Sending account updates, billing notices, and occasional product announcements (unsubscribe anytime).

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate getscaled. Your data may be processed by:

  • Lovable Cloud (Supabase): For secure database hosting, authentication, and file storage. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Anthropic: For AI-powered creative analysis and natural language generation. Creative content may be sent to Anthropic’s API for scoring and recommendations.
  • Stripe: For payment processing and subscription billing. We do not store your full payment card details — Stripe handles that securely.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or cancel your subscription:

  • Uploaded creatives and analysis results are retained for 30 days after account deletion, then permanently erased.
  • Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and legal obligations.
  • Anonymized usage metrics may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export your data at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancel your subscription and close your account.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

6. Security
