- AI-Powered Creative Scoring: Analyzing your uploaded creatives to generate conversion-readiness scores, feedback, and recommendations.
- Service Delivery: Providing access to the dashboard, competitor intelligence, analytics, and other features tied to your subscription plan.
- Product Improvement: Aggregated and anonymized insights help us train and refine our AI models.
- Communication: Sending account updates, billing notices, and occasional product announcements (unsubscribe anytime).
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate getscaled. Your data may be processed by:
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase): For secure database hosting, authentication, and file storage. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Anthropic: For AI-powered creative analysis and natural language generation. Creative content may be sent to Anthropic’s API for scoring and recommendations.
- Stripe: For payment processing and subscription billing. We do not store your full payment card details — Stripe handles that securely.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or cancel your subscription:
- Uploaded creatives and analysis results are retained for 30 days after account deletion, then permanently erased.
- Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and legal obligations.
- Anonymized usage metrics may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Export your data at any time from your account settings.
- Cancel your subscription and close your account.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
